Seeds for Success Grant

The Wayne Community Foundation plays a key role in providing significant funding to projects that strengthen the Wayne County community. We have intentionally created this grant making cycle to award a grant that will have a major significant impact in the Wayne County community. Seeds of Success projects must demonstrate how they will serve as a catalyst, go above and beyond, and bring innovation to all of Wayne County.
